Overview
ASTM A213 Grade 317 Stainless Steel Tubes (UNS S31700) has a high tensile and creep strength at elevated temperatures. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, it has been used in handling many of the chemicals used by the chemical process industries.
The tube are resistance to sensitization while during the welding. It has higher creeps, tensile strength and stress to capture at high temperatures. It has pitting and corrosion resistance as its property as well. It has resistance in hand water and acidic areas. What's more, it's ductile.
