The steel-aluminum composite finned tube is cold-rolled and composited on a special machine tool by a pressure-resistant base pipe and an aluminum pipe, which overcomes the disadvantage that aluminum and other metals cannot be welded, and is also called a bimetallic finned tube, a heat exchange tube, and a heat pipe. , rolled tube. It utilizes the pressure resistance of the base pipe and the efficient heat transfer of aluminum; the plasticity highlights the process characteristics of the two materials.
Steel-aluminum composite finned tubes have unparalleled advantages over other types of finned tubes.
(1) Light weight. The specific gravity of aluminum is the smallest of the commonly used non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals. The fin material of light metal determines the light weight of the heat exchanger made of it.
(2) High heat transfer performance. The thermal conductivity of aluminum is about 211.9W/m.K, which is lower cost and more cost-effective than silver copper. Objects with good thermal conductivity tend to absorb heat quickly and dissipate heat quickly.
(3) The air resistance is small. After the steel-aluminum composite finned tube is processed, the surface of the fin is smooth and wrinkle-free. Air can penetrate easily from the fin spacing.
(4) The contact thermal resistance is low. Practice has proved that the steel-aluminum composite finned tube has almost zero contact thermal resistance in a working environment below 210 degrees. Low contact thermal resistance is a guarantee of efficient heat transfer.
(5) Large heat dissipation area. The steel-aluminum composite finned tube has a wing-to-wing ratio of up to 22.7. The unit heat dissipation area is much larger than the conventional winding heat pipe.
(6) Long service life. In the process of processing the steel-aluminum composite finned tube, the base pipe and the aluminum fin are tightly integrated into one body. A 0.5mm thick coating layer is formed on the surface of the base pipe to protect the base pipe from contact with ambient air, which can improve the service life.
(7) Steel-aluminum composite finned tube also has difficulty in dusting and is not easy to scale. It is easy to clean and remove surface water, has good resistance to temperature changes, and can maintain good heat transfer performance for a long time.
